Tapecon has announced the promotion of Michael Gebera to director of operations. Gebera will lead all operations functions, including estimating, production planning, applications engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. 

Gebera started with Tapecon in 2006 as an estimator. He has advanced through the company in roles of supply chain manager and director of supply chain and innovation. “Michael truly lives our core values of ‘Learning is a Lifestyle,’ ‘Improve It,’ ‘Connect and Collaborate,’ and ‘Embrace the Challenge,'” says president Steve Davis.
